- What types of customers have you worked with?
I represent clients in all areas of criminal defense law, with an emphasis on DUII law, including DUI diversion and DMV license suspension hearings. I handle community court cases in Multnomah county as well; completion of community court requirements may result in a dismissal of the charges and allow the client to expunge all records relating to the case. A large portion of my practice consists of representing clients in expunging their arrest and conviction records. Due to my experience and thorough knowledge of expungement law, my success rate with expungements is very high.
