FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My services are fairly priced, and all fees & charges are already included.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My main goal is for my client(s) to feel comfortable throughout the entire process; not only looking into the camera and/or posing, but communicating with me about their requests and thoughts, as well. I try to carry myself with as much confidence as possible. I strive to provide that same sense of confidence to my clients, both in themselves and in my abilities! I also like to ask about whether or not my client may want help with posing or clothing suggestions, so I can come to our appointment prepared with examples and ideas. After getting home, I back up files in two separate places on my computer to ensure no photos are lost, and edit with Adobe. I'll always ask if there is a particular mood or feeling my client wants me to convey in my editing, or if they would rather leave the creativity to me. If there are any desired changes after I finish the editing process, I will make them until my client is satisfied, and will provide high quality digital or physical proofs!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've taken high school and college level courses for Photoshop and other Adobe programs, photo editing, film photography, cinematography. As for extracurricular learning, I've watched countless hours of photography & cinematography tutorials on YouTube and researching on Skillshare.
