FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do my best to keep my pricing fair for both parties. Depending on the pest or extent of the problem, some projects can be completed without a recurring service. Discounts can be offered with advanced or automatic payments for recurring services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a brief phone or email conversation, I like to meet with the customer in person and on-site so that I may ask the necessary questions to understand the extent and locations of the pest problem. At that time we can agree on a plan, contract, and set scheduling if there will be return visits.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I carry a BS/BA degree in Natural Sciences and Agricultural Ecology. I have an extensive background in Wildlife, Fisheries, Habitat, and Invasive Species from Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife and Oregon Department Fish and Wildlife. I am fully licensed and continue with regular education programs through Oregon and Washington Departments of Agriculture to stay up to date on the latest information, laws, and techniques for insect and rodent pest management. I have several years of professional carpentry and general home remodeling and repairs and carry a current Oregon Contractor’s License. I also regularly take up-to-date accredited classes in the latest construction techniques and Best Practices.
