Introduction: I have been a certified personal trainer for 6 years in NW Portland. I am a level 1 StrongFirst kettlebell instructor, and I specialize in strength training, conditioning, and weight loss. I put a large emphasis on nutritional coaching and make it my priority to teach my clients manageable lifestyle changes to help them reach and maintain their goals. My job is to coach my clients to become stronger and more functional. I am here to motivate and hold clients accountable to their goals.
