With Chance as my coach I trust that he takes me as his client, step by step, day by day through a training plan that is researched and strategically planned. He has a keen eye for personalization with my strengths and weaknesses in mind. I started with Chance as a general fitness enthusiast because I liked how challenging and creative his bootcamp classes were. With progress we moved into the power lifts and a training programme to prepare for competition; in eight months I progressed from deadlifting 135 lbs to 250 lbs. I implicitly trust the thought that Chance puts into his programming and appreciate how generous he is with his time, energy, resources, and personal commitment to my goals. After trying time and time again to lose weight I had pretty much given up. I finally jumped on thumbtack and I'm thankful for finding Chance. At my age, and my lack of history with fitness he has helped me and given me confidence in the gym and my body. After 3 months I have already lost 27 LBS. My energy, mood, and confidence are at an all-time high. I have a great routine due to Chance. He has been flexible with his time and always accommodated mine. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Individual Training: 1 Hour 1 session a week is 65$ 2 sessions a week is 55$ 3 sessions a week is 45$ Individual Session: 1/2 Hour 1 sessions a week is 40$ 2 sessions a week is 35$ 3 sessions a week is 30$ I also do online and group training. These prices can vary because we can figure out exactly what each client wants and go from there.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?A new client i will offer a free session so I can assess them and get to be more in depth with their goals. After that initial meeting I will put together an entire program based on their specific needs. Each client the first 1-3 months we work on basics to build from the inside out. Then we can move on to more power movements and complicated movements that will challenge your body much more.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have 8 different certifications that are all thru NASM. I am currently taking some new classes to continue my education thru NASM. Im also taking classes at PCC for their Fit Tech Program. I have to take continuing education credits and reach a certain amount to keep my education every 2 years. This keeps me up todate with any changes in the fitness industry.
