- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Private Sessions with me are $60 an hour as you get my full attention. Group Meditation or Yoga Nidra sessions are $60 an hour as I create new content appropriate to your group. Group Yoga Therapy/ Sports classes are $45 a hour. I'll check in with the needs of every person there and teach to what will benefit the majority. Workshops for Corporate Wellness and/or Managing Chronic Medical Conditions vary depending on the number of handouts I make and how many sessions are needed to cover the material.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. I'm always reading up on the latest developments in Sports Medicine, Neurobiology, and Holistic Healthcare. I'm also often studying up on the latest treatments for Depression, Anxiety and Heart Diseases. The most important continuing education I do for myself though is train in jiu-jitsu.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I'm naturally an empathetic healer. Prior to this work my job was working for a hospital to provide pain relieving massage therapy to hospice patients. After five yeare of helping people die and hearing their stories of regret I decided to help people live instead.
