Although not what I really described for what I wanted, the flowers were lovely and I was still pleased with their size and quality. Libby was also on time for delivery to make sure I had my flowers for pre wedding photos. Overall I would recommend her as she did really good for the pre wedding communication and was patient with payment and notified me when she received, I also liked her check ins once the wedding got closer. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Each brides wants a little different details. I have a price range for each item and arrangement that slides with size, scope and season. I can provide an itemized list if it helps you determine your final order.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Chat back and forth to see if I fit your needs. Share your pics and dreams and details. Massage order as day approaches. Check in at 6 months, 2 months and 2 weeks out. Collection of half down deposit lets me know your serious about me. I coordinate with the venue for delivery. I am available by text, phone, email anytime you need me. If you want a face to face meeting we can, if you prefer to manage by messages only that's fine too. Done both with great reviews.
