Introduction: I have been doing catering for at least 10 years for private parties. Most customers pick menus from my book, Angkor Culinaire, but I can make many kinds of food. I do fusion cooking. I mostly do catering with Aaron Meyer, the famous violinist in Portland. My specialty is smoked salmon, salmon cake and lemon grass chocolate cake (unique and customer's favorite). I can cater up to 50 people.
