We redid our bathroom to the studs with a bunch of tile work and huge walk-in shower. Octopus was great the whole time. Estimates were correct, they were flexible as things changed, and we got the bathroom of our dreams.

Developed a leak outside our walk-in closet, and an area of carpet became soaked over a few days. Octopus P.M. came the same day, diagnosed the problem as a break in a sink outlet pipe in the master bath behind the wall, and promptly fixed it. Christian was great! Then Octopus followed thru with mitigation and restoration, which is ongoing.

I have worked with plenty of contractors and dealt with the headaches and no shows. But with Octopus, there is none of that. They show up when they say they will, they do the work you signed up for, and they don't slap you with change orders or ask for more money. The work is quality work, so you're going to pay for that, but you will be thankful.

Our experience working with Octopus Project Management was excellent! They tell it like it is - always giving you an honest assessment and recommendation/path forward; they have a collection of incredible partners that they work with that do incredible work - from drywall, painting and siding to flooring, cabinets and countertops; and best of all, Octopus Project Management literally managed ALL aspects of our repairs - estimates, worked with our insurance company, communicated directly with partners on timing, etc. I highly recommend Octopus Project Management - and I will never turn anywhere else for home repairs.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically view the project site and provide an estimate to the potential client. After the estimate is delivered and the client wants to move forward we will send contract paperwork out reflecting the estimate value. Afterward, we begin the process of sourcing all the labor and materials for the job. At this point the project moves along and we monitor the project’s progress as tasks are completed. Once complete, we walk the project site with the client to ensure that work was performed to their satisfaction. After everyone is happy with the finished product, we guarantee workmanship for a full calendar year thereafter.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Both owners have their bachelors degree. One Owner, Jared, has his PMP and Adjusters license and the other, Sheridan, is a law school graduate.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Octopus Project Management was built from two close college friends who worked in the construction industry with an idea of how to make the whole process more streamlined. The focus is always on construction, but most important is the client’s experience.
