To start, they were quick to respond and schedule the job. They were professional and easy to talk to. SFI Real Estate was on time for the job with no issues. Most importantly, they did a wonderful job. I felt they went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with their work. Lastly, they let me know they will return to fix any issues that may pop up. This highly professional husband and wife team fulfilled my expectations fully by beginning the process of installing a pet door (from within our foyer into our garage) by listening carefully to my needs and concerns then asking questions to clarify the scope as we worked together planning the project. Their clear intention to do the job correctly the first time impressed me. I was even more impressed when then they performed the task perfectly. I will definitely contact them again to help us with small projects around the house and represent us as our general contractor for the big jobs like installing our hot tub later this year. I couldn't be happier with Conrad and Chanel as human beings who aren't afraid to take the time to plan the work before starting the work.

SF Investments was a lifesaver to my remodel project! I am terrible at visualizing and they made my remodel a smooth, easy, and visual experience. Between their programming to make a 3-D rendering, their prompt and friendly staff, and the value they bring to the table, I will go to no one else! You have my business for life!
