Christopher was an excellent communicator and very responsive. A professional with decades of experience. If you don’t want any beating around the bush, and just getting what you need done and done right, Smith Browning Consulting is who you want. We were in the process of redoing the kitchen in DIY fashion, when we ran into a leaky sink cabinet, that had been leaking for who knows how long. But it created a ton of rotting, mold, and mess. The routing of the piping was bad, and exposed the house to the crawl space. We had rat poop, holes in the subfloor, and all sorts of things. Not only did he fix the subfloor issue, he fixed our piping issue and in my amateur opinion upgraded our stuff. Now everything is clean and flush with the floor and wall and we can continue our renovation. Highly recommended, and won’t hesitate to use them in the future. See below the after pics prior to cleaning it and painting it, and the mess it was before!Oct 31, 2019Verified
