Nick saved my household post-Thanksgiving / Black Friday. After Thanksgiving, our microwave had died, and I was able to capitalize on purchasing a new unit during Black Friday. Unfortunately, I discovered the installation was not as straightforward as I had hoped, and I was anxious to be able to start eating my Thanksgiving leftovers. I reached out to Nick over Thumbtack, and he was able to fit in the microwave install on the same day. When he arrived, he ended up having to deal with our microwave's overhead venting and more elaborate installation than expected, but he did it quickly, efficiently, and I could not be happier with the experience of working with him.
