Andrew responded quickly (which in my experience is unusual for a handyman), researched and carefully followed the instructions for cleaning our particular type of deck (Azek composite), and did a thorough and professional job – including returning items on the deck to their original positions. His fee was quite reasonable, and he was a pleasure to interact with.

Andrew responded quickly and was very helpful and professional. He was able to come out the next day and install two garage ceiling storage racks within a matter of hours for a fair price. We had joists that were not evenly spaced and was able to locate and assemble the units with ease. I recommend Andrew if you’re needing anything hung/mounted.

    I offer an honored citizens discount for verified military veterans and seniors over 75. Otherwise the posted or quoted price is non-negotiable. Under no circumstances will I accept a lower hourly rate or "beat a competitors bid."

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I prequalify all new clients with 5 steps to ensure a win-win scenario. 1. Learning how to help: I ask questions and really listen in order to determine the motivation and scope of your needs and if and how I may best serve you. 2. Every on board: If your spouse or partner is part of the decision making process for the project, its paramount they be included in the discussion, consultation and written agreement. 3. Money talk: We cut to the chase and have the [sometimes] tough conversation about budget and price- asap. When the details of a project are provided electronically, it can be estimated within 24 business hours, without an in-person visit. In more complicated scenarios, a bracketed or "ballpark" estimate is given. 4. Definite answer: Shall we proceed? Yes or no. Let's make the most of our time. I encourage you to be candid. Please express any concerns and feel to free to say "NO" if you feel uncomfortable at all. 5. Onsite consultation: Sometime its necessary to visit the site in order to finalize an estimate. In order to the protect valuable time of both parties, a consultation fee is billed ahead of the appointment.
