We do install sand finish , repair and restoration . All work performed to industry standard, on modern equipment with vacuum attached . Warranty for finish is limited to manufacture warranty ( usually it should stay 20 -25 years in good shape ) average traffic with shoes allowed . Warranty does not cover damages by abuse , defective house framing , water damages , natural color discoloration due to aging process or natural weir . Cabinets : Our cabinets are top quality custom products . We do both Paint grade and Natural wood , including most exotic and rare species and highly figured woods and burls .
