Vadim has excellent customer service, whether you are a potential customer or not he treats you well. He is very organized and driven to work. He truly prides him slef in his reputation and it shows. Even after a slight misundertanding his excellent and efficient customer service shined. I would definitely hire this man if an opportunity rose!

Vadim and his team installed hard wood floor in our home couple of months ago. They are very good in what they do, honest and on the job from start to finish. His customer service ability is admirable. I am more than willing to give him another job any time. You will be very happy with him and his team. There fore I highly recommend him.

I hired Vadim to remove the carpeting and associated mess from a large area. He completed the job in one hour (it would have taken me all day!). He was prompt and courteous and I would hire him again.

I have very competitive pricing do to having accounts in various suppliers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Start going through what the customer have in vision. Then what improvements I can suggest. After all the approvals and agreements we sign a contract.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I take the 18 hour class course anally for my general license. I visit shows/events on the latest products. 4 Year collage on drafting and design. In construction business for over 20 years
