New construction inspection caught everything left unfinished. One-year inspection found defective shingles which led to the manufact-urer tearing off our 1.5 year old roof down to the plywood sheeting... including the metal flashings and completely reroofing our home w/o any issues from the seller/builder/installer whatsoever...win-win-win.

Doug did a VERY THOROUGH inspection, and provided photos of the issues he found. I wasn't able to be there for his inspection, but he was very responsive to my concerns. At least three serious issues were pointed out, and will be addressed.
