A lot. With all the certifications I have, they require over 50 hours of education a year. I enjoy learning and keeping up to date on all the issues.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have purchased many investment properties. I find inspection fun and challenging.

Even properties that are sold "as-is" needs an inspection. I have found issues that would have cost the client over $80,000 in repairs. That extra cost was not worth the purchase and the client moved on to a better investment.
