- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on the type of cleaning the customer wants and the relative size of the house will cost. Depending on the customer to choose whether the transaction will happen in one Total job offer or our Per Hour Rate that start at 25$ Types of Cleaning: Light cleaning Basic Cleaning Thurrrow Cleaning Move Out Cleaning Etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With a new customer the first thing to do is ask what type of chemicals they are comfortable being used in their home, Magic Broom offers a variety of organic and biodegradable cleaning products that do an exceptional job at leaving and keeping the home clean.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Prior training and Services have been completed under other well known companies such as Jani King & Maid Brigade. Also 3 Years of own my own business lead me to an independent service training that allows customer to ask for specific needs that need to be met.
