Introduction: At Clean Approach our customers come first. We will do what it takes to make sure that our customers are satisfied without cutting corners. The thing that really sets us apart however, are our discounts. We offer discounts that many other companies don't. We do this because we understand that even though this is a luxury service, there are some people who need the help. For example, it is not always easy for senior citizens to deep clean, as certain tasks become more difficult as we age. Another discount we offer is for new families. We understand that time can be hard to come by when you are balancing a job and young children and sometimes household chores aren't an option. Clean approach is happy when our customers are happy. There is nothing better than the feeling we get when we see customers walk into their newly cleaned homes. Many lift their noses to the air to smell the fresh, non abrasive scents that are now filling their home. Many look to the floor and exclaim they didn't realize it could get so clean. Our customer satisfaction is definitely one of the best parts of our job. Another great part of our job are the customer relationships. We enjoy getting to know are customers and are willing to go the extra mile to make sure that they are happy.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Our pricing system isn't that complicated at all. Our general rate is $30.00 an hour. If you are expecting or have a child living in the house under the age of 5 we offer a $5.00 discount, making your rate $25.00 an hour. If you are a senior citizen over the age of 60, we offer a $10.00 discount, making your rate $20.00 an hour. We offer these discounts because we understand that a luxury service such as ours can be more of a necessity to some. Though our prices may vary, our standards are always the same.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    First of all, make sure that the company you hire is insured. Though Clean Approach has never had any accidents, there are horror stories of housekeepers breaking valuables and not being able to pay for them. Remember that this is a luxury service, be just as cautious of companies charging too little as you are of companies charging too much. Double check your housekeeper's work, if you are not happy with something make sure to tell them. At Clean Approach, we are always willing to improve and appreciate criticism as much as compliments. Remember that you are inviting people into your home, so make sure that you feel comfortable around them and can trust them.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

    Customers should know that we are here to make things easier for them, and always willing to go the extra mile. If there are ever any extra things around the house you may need help with, please don't hesitate to ask. Since we have a senior citizen discount, we have a lot of experience working with senior citizens who sometimes need extra help, i/e; taking down Christmas trees, lifting heavy boxes and organizing. This helping hand is extended to every one of our customers so please, let us know if there is anything extra that we can do for you.
