- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically, the rate we offer through Thumbtack is our standard rate for weekly service. Biweekly cleaning may be slightly more and a first time clean may be required. We don't offer a discount off of these rates and we don't have separate rates for a standard clean or a deep clean. We try to be as competitive and as transparent with our pricing as possible. When you contact us, we will give you an exact price. It will rarely deviate much from what you were quoted on Thumbtack.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We believe that effective, up front communication is one of the keys to a successful partnership. We begin by gathering as much information about your preferences as possible. We will then provide you with a clear price quote and explain exactly what is included in that price. Once we have received your deposit we will send out a confirmation of your appointment. After our cleaning technicians have completed your project we will follow up with you to make sure that you are completely satisfied with the job that was done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our Cleaning Technicians have gone through and are certified in The Perfect Maintenance Cleaning training program.
