We have a rental property and I needed a Handyman to fix a tumble dryer for me. I was in urgent need of a qualified professional. I was told about Thumbtack and to try using them. My experience of using the site and finding Erdman's was great. While Larry was fixing the dryer I asked him to take a look in the downstairs apartment where there had been a water leak in the basement due to a bad storm. He took a look and told me what needed to be done to fix the problem. The work involved fixing a down spout, removing a small tree, mortar berm on side of house, used wire and re-bar for cementing inside of the basement, repaired slider leak and finish the job off with dry lock. He also laid a new laminate floor in downstairs bedroom. I found Larry to be honest and trustworthy and extremely knowledgeable,he did an excellent job for me. He also tried hard to do the job in less hours and so saved me some money. I cannot say enough good things about Erdman's and will be using them as my Handyman service from now on. Larry and his team rock.

I have a hourly rate @ $25.00 an hr. up to $35.00 per hr. depending degree of dificulty.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
i will go over all the customers needs and disclose all aspects seen and possibly un-seen to give them a real time picture of there project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working on homes since i was aboy helping and learning. at the age of 17 I started off helping people aswell as our family complete there projects.
