Hired for one-time basic lawn care with the potential for bi-monthly servicing. Team ended up being available earlier than expected, did a great job and good communication when some snags were hit.

Arrived on time and spent over three hours removing leaves from the lawn, flower beds, curbing and roof! I could not have done a better job myself in a full day, not to mention working in 30-40 degree weather. I’m generally a cheapskate (hate spending for what I should do for myself), but this was worth every penny. I’ll likely use Key Concepts again.

Key Concepts sent two crew members to our home and they cleaned the yard up, raked, edged, trimmed and weeded the yard. They also removed a lot of debris from a garden recently rototilled under. We have hired them for bi-monthly yard maintenance and look forward to working with them in the future. The crew was friendly and very eager to take care of a few requests. Errin was fast to respond to my inquiry, even in the height of the season. We scheduled a time for an estimate within a day. Errin and his team also made arrangements to get our project done sooner rather than later to accommodate putting the house on the market. His team was professional and the new lawn looked great. I would use Errin and his team for other landscape needs in the future.

Errin was quick to reply.... and due to weather & what needed to be done...split the job so as it was easier for me financially and also get the job done ! Even with the bad weather. his guys got the lawn done and apple tree trimmed all the while being very friendly ...courteous...and asked questions if they wern't sure. Looking forward to when they come back to finish and possibly becoming a regular on his schedule !
