Honest pricing, 10% off for veteran, teacher, law enforcement
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ask them to explain and describe their end-goal for a task or project. Establish a timeframe if it's a multi-day job. Be upfront about what I can and can't do.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a former elementary school teacher, so my communication skills are great. And I know how to do yardwork.
