I started my esoteric studies as a child and they have grown to be a part of who I am now. There is not a formal education route for these kinds of studies, and I have spent years in self-study, in classes with teachers who have a higher level of knowledge than I do and I apply these to my own life, as a teacher and a student.
Prior to Covid, I was a counselor for several years where I developed my own group curriculum on a wide variety of topics, such as trauma recovery, mindfulness, meditation, life, skills, coping skills, and more.
I graduated from Portland State University with a B.S. in psychology and a minor in child and family studies. My focus as a counselor was on the Indigenous community in my area.
I attended Yogamu school of yoga in 2023 for 200 hours of yoga instruction for my teaching certificate.
I believe in the transformative power of shadow work, yoga, mindfulness and astrology. I have applied these to my own life with mindfulness training and the results have been inner peace. My offerings in my coaching and group sessions are the things that I have studied, found to be helpful in application and my goal is always to help you to get closer to yourself.
