- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
1. IMPORTANT: Please know for my services the price quotes are rough estimates. There are many details involved that could make the prices go up or down. For instance if you have a junior bridesmaid the price for hair & Makeup services is lower than what’s quoted. Since I can only give one price here on Thumbtack’s quote feature, please ask questions about different prices for different ages, hairstyles, length of hair, makeup style etc. 2. Bridal hair services include a trial at the salon. 3. Bridal makeup trials are separate. The full Makeup Trial fee is required to be paid in order for me to reserve your appointment time. 4. ‼️ DISCOUNTS ‼️ Return customers receive a 15% discount on any service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a makeup trial at a reasonable price if the client needs that for reassurance. I discuss the clients wants and needs at length so that we can make sure we're the right fit. I make sure the client knows which products are used so they feel comfortable knowing what to expect.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am self taught and have done many trainings and certification classes throughout my career.
