Introduction: My instructor put the importance of taking one’s time and creating a flow of healing energy through each movement in Thai massage at the center of each massage. Thai Massage is unique to western massage, as we will both be active to a degree. My training in Thailand was especially meaningful for me and at its core taught me so much about touching with mindfulness. I was told I was a natural and want nothing more than to pass on the energy and healing touch that is given through massage.
I care about your personal overall health. I understand what it can feel like to have limitations with your body and how important it is to go only as far as you can on that particular day. Thai Massage increases circulation and mobility, while helping you feel more relaxed and rejuvenated
Thai Massage is always given clothed, which may be comforting for anyone that struggles with the idea of being undressed during a massage.
