Fresh Start Restorative Health Services, Inc.

Introduction: Fresh Start is a grassroots, nonprofit and community-based health education service. Our focus is to provide nutritional education, fitness training and personal health counseling. We provide our services to all communities and families, especially lower income, under-insured, minorities and at-risk individuals. Our mission is to end the epidemic health risks of obesity, diabetes, hypertension, heart and lung diseases with a direct and positive effect on our health. We believe that personal health is directly affected by toxins in our foods, soil, water and air. Fresh Start is committed to eco-friendly practices, such as the use of recycled products in educational materials, using community centers and local parks for education, training and counseling. We strive to buy only locally grown organic food for use in our cooking and demonstrations.
