- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a flat rate of $22 an hour for administrative and writing support. All hours are reported via a time tracking tool for your review. Transcription rates vary depending on the needs of the project but will range between $1.00/minute and $1.50/minute.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will have an introduction via phone to be sure it is a good fit. Depending on the level of work required, and additional Zoom call may be necessary to gather information required to start the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Arts and a published thesis. I have also served in a variety of administrative, logistical, and writing-based roles since 2016. My professional experience has taken me into offices for day-to-day tasks and also to other states for large scale events.
