Brett is a great trainer. I hired Brett because I had a back surgery 8 years ago. Since then I have been to afraid to lift weights or even workout due to possibly re injuring my back. Through Brett not only was I able to gain the confidence but I learned to properly workout without getting injured. It has been a life changing experience. In my opinion Brett should open his own physical therapy clinic he is much more than a trainer. If you are looking for a good pump and a trainer who is always make sure he is suiting our needs goals Brett is the one.

Brett is an extremely professional Personal Trainer - he understands and assesses each individuals requirements and helps and motivates them to achieve their goals. He is an amazing person and working out with him is a pleasure he sets realistic targets and pushes you positively to achieve success and self confidence. He does not hold back from sharing his own experience and motivates you by sharing what best helped him getting to great shape - lastly he is honest and realistic!

I cannot say enough good things about Brett. He is an amazing trainer! He teaches by demonstrating first and explains concepts clearly. He is very positive and encouraging, but will not coddle you. (which I prefer and appreciate) I feel like he listened to my personal fitness goals, and has a plan in place to get me there while holding me accountable.

I’ve been working out with Brett for over a month now hands down one of the best trainers I’ve had. He explains things in a way I can understand and always giving helpful tips. Brett really challenges and pushes me in a caring way. Overall, it's really nice to go in and have someone create a workout routine, demonstrate, encourage, and have good conversation. I genuinely recommend you come to see Brett.

Brett is an all-rounder professional personal trainer with a vast library of experience and knowledge from his decades of peak physical performance. When I started with him in 2020, I was 160 lbs at 5’11’’ and looking to put on a good amount of muscle and get stronger. He used his intuitive knowledge from training to be a pro-athlete to get me moving toward my goals right from the first week and now it is a year and half later and I walk around at 200 lbs (see picture), much more confident in my physical and mental transformation. He pushes you to challenge your mental and physical limits and that makes all the difference.
