Introduction: Hello there! I’m Kyle and I’ve been a certified personal trainer for 10 + years. My specialities revolve around optimizing the body for muscle building and fat loss by assessing your specific needs and building fitness programs based on your body mechanics. With a thorough knowledge of human anatomy and metabolism, I create exercise programs tailored to your body and lifestyle - whether you’re looking to bulk up, lean out, or a combination of the two, I have the experience and knowledge to help you reach your desired physique. As a Tier 3 Equinox trainer earlier in my career I’ve worked with high profile clientele in the corporate sphere who often suffered from posture imbalances created by sedentary office life. By correcting posture first and then employing a muscle building protocol I’ve been able to help clients feel and look great. I come from a bodybuilding background - when I personally first decided to get in shape over a decade ago, I trained myself according to the classic techniques of the 60's and 70's era bodybuilders. While these techniques got me to the size and strength of what I wanted to reach, in recent years I've honed my skills in mobility and functional movement through continuing education in my field. The combination of this trifecta of approaches produces a functionally fit individual, and I’ve translated that concept to how I train my clients. My goal is for you to be strong, lean, and pain-free. I train clients in person at a few boutique gyms in West Hollywood and Silverlake. I also offer virtual training through Zoom, Google Hangout or Facetime. I look forward to hearing from you soon!

Working with Kyle during my stay in LA has proven to be one of my best experiences with any PT globally. His professionalism combined with a keen eye for from corrected flawed techniques that have been left unaddressed for years by other trainers. This was communicated in a manner that was both kind and engaging making session with him something to look forward to.

Kyle is great at helping achieve workout goals. He makes it fun and knows how far to push you to make sure the workout is effective without getting hurt. He also has a great personality and isn’t your typical over the top kind of trainer.

I've been training with Kyle for over two years and it has changed my life. I met Kyle at Equinox in Hollywood where he was a level 3 certified Equinox trainer, so I had high expectations. Even so, Kyle blew me away with his calm demeanor and vast technical skills which make workouts fly by and produce immediate results. Since I started training with Kyle I get frequent comments on my transformation and recently strangers started to ask me if I worked in the fitness industry. When Kyle started his own business things became even better. No longer limited by the available equipment of a corporate gym, he started mixing up my workouts adding parks and outdoor rec areas. Kyle is constantly searching for new variations of exercises to keep me from reaching a plateau. No two training sessions are identical and after each workout I feel accomplished and I look forward to the next one. Kyle is in high demand and it is not easy to get a workout scheduled on short notice but he is always cooperative and with some planning I always get my preferred times. There are many trainers in the area but this one is in a class by himself, I recommend this man to anyone who is ready to start a transforming workout routine.
