I have been part of what I thought was an awesome high school workout Program. Then to college as a cheerleader for 5 years. Trevor isnt my first Personal Trainer in my life (he's my second). But he is the first trainer who has shown noticeable strength improvement for me and the others around me with in one month. I wanted a Trainer who was methodical, knowledgeable, helpful, encouraging, motivational, and documented the workouts to track progress. Brought me back to looking forward to working out. Trevor is an amazing trainer who takes the time to get to know his clients health and lifestyle. He ensures that both are addressed when working with you so that you are aware of nutrition, activity, and safety when working out. I liked that he wanted to strengthen certain muscle groups before throwing a 70 lb. weight in my hand haha. This attention to detail sets him apart from other trainers. One of the best trainers I’ve ever had to be honest. He’s a great person to work with, he’s hilarious, and best of all he keeps me motivated. Since I started working out with Trevor I finally began to see the results I’ve been looking for. He Introduced me to different workouts and lifts that I haven’t heard of before, that I ended up loving! He’s very knowledgeable in exercise and nutrition, and has helped me with any questions that I had! - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?30 and 60 minutes sessions are $45 and $75 respectively. Paying monthly or buying sessions in bulk are the best way to bring the price down.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?My process starts off with a free session where the client and I talk about how and why said client wants to obtain these goals. Client signs up I write a program that fits their needs and goals, then we get to work!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?In college I studied biology premed. Soon after college I became a certified personal trainer I am currently working on My Nutrition Certification and My Corrective Exercise Certification.
