Jerry and his team catered my wedding in Troutdale in April 2015. The entire process was easy (almost too easy!) from the very beginning. Jerry always replied to my questions right away, made me a quote within my budget, and went above and beyond to find the beer we wanted so we didn't have to bring our own kegs in. I really appreciate Jerry's "all inclusive" approach. Our venue provided tables and linens, but Jerry did everything else for a set, per-person rate. Servers, bartenders, set up, tear down, utensils, plates, etc. It was all included. He served the wine we purchased, and didn't charge us corkage for not going through his distributer. Jerry is very friendly and professional, I always felt like I was in great hands. And on the wedding day I had no worries about at all! Also - the food was absolutely delicious. Julie bartended my large wedding of 250 people. She went above and beyond to be of help preparing for the day, suggesting amounts of alcohol to purchase, and keep in contact with me about details and plans for the day. I only heard positive things from my guests about her and only saw her smiling and enjoying herself throughout the whole night. I would recommend Julie for any event large or small in the area that you need a friendly professional bartender for!

I hired it's party time/it's BBQ time for my company's summer picnic. When I initially talked to Viki she was very professional, insured me that she would take care of everything, sent me multiple options for my event with quotes to match. I was super excited because this is the first time I have planned something like this on my own and it sounded like they were a one stop shop! As it got closer to the event communication with Viki was a bit of a struggle. There were multiple problems with the liability insurance needed (the event was taking place at a public park). I would send Viki emails and not get a response. I would call and talk to someone other than Viki who wouldn't relay my messages on. I ended up having to coordinate with her contact at Farmers insurance in order to get everything that was needed on the insurance end. I planned the whole event but was actually unable to make it. I was told by MANY of my coworkers that the food was some of the best they've had, and that the staff that was there serving and bartending was super friendly and professional. In the end I would definitely consider working with Viki and It's Party Time Catering again. If I had any advice for them I would say - please work on your communication! I know juggling multiple events is tough, but please follow through with any questions or requests that come your way.

Daniel and his team made our event perfect! We hired the waitstaff and bartender back in June for our wedding. Daniel was in touch leading up to the event, always answering calls and e-mails. He was very flexible, honest, and helpful. On the day of, the staff were amazing. Our guests loved the bartender, Shawn R. and our lead, Cassiopeia R., was incredible! She made sure everything went off without a hitch and executed so many details. We were so impressed. She really cared about our event. The entire staff were helpful and the event would not have been nearly as smooth and fun, without them.
Tate was friendly, easy to work with and on time to our event. He was affordable and very helpful and came prepared. He answered any and all of our questions and concerns with ease. His assistant was equally helpful and professional and very friendly to our guest. Our guest raved about the two of them and their professionalism. We would happily hire both of them again for another event.

Regan and I cannot thank you enough for all you did to ensure that her wedding was all that she hoped it would be. From the first, when we wanted a simple ceremony with just a few guests followed by cake and champagne with the residents, to the final day, when we had 45 people for the ceremony in the garden, followed by lunch in the Sullivan Theater and then cake and champagne with the residents in the Hemingway Room, you were amazing. Every time we needed help (Referrals for bakeries? Photographers? Hair stylists?), every time we had questions (Can we have flowers delivered to you? Can we add something to the buffet for the kids? Can we play a DVD slideshow at the reception? ), your response was always no problem, we can do that. The lunch buffet was delicious and plentiful (SO glad we didnt cut the whipped potatoes with basil!), the servers were professional, and the transition from one location to the next seamless. And the little touches were so thoughtful (everyone loved the eat, drink and be married sign outside the reception!). You made the wedding so easy and so much fun, Melissa. Gary co-bartended with a person he had never met and easily had the bar up and running smoothly. He arrived early and quickly understood the lay of the land. He was personable with us and the guest. I felt very confident upon meeting him with our wedding event. He was just a great bartender.
Over the years I have worked with many caterers and most of the time they are OK. The workshop has been a great asset to me and the families I serve at Estacada Funeral Chapel. They are willing to work within a budget, give great service and great food. They also are not stressed which is important in my job. They calmly come in and work their magic. Francesca has worked several events for me. The latest was a summer event. Francesca is always very professional and kind with the guests. I particularly noticed this when some of the guests had special drink requests. I would say that Francesca goes above and beyond. As an example, after the last event Francesca stayed and helped with the clean up. This was not part of her job. I would not hesitate to hire her for any event as her professionalism and work ethics are a welcome quality.
