At a pivotal point in my professional life, Lisa was my tour guide. I owe her my (new, better) life! She helped me deal with my nerves going into the interview process for my dream job. I absolutely credit Lisa with taking me from petrified to completely Zen. Thanks to her, I nailed it and got the offer.But her help didn't end there. She successfully guided me through salary negotiations and even got me a sign-on bonus! Plain and simple, I would recommend Lisa to anybody who asks. Not only will she take the time to revamp your entire LinkedIn profile, resume and cover letter (format and content), but most importantly, she will take the time to really get to know and understand you both as a career professional, and as a person. The two are linked, and by understanding both sides she is able to help you recognize your past accomplishments, your current skill-sets, and how to use those to propel you on your chosen career path and to achieve your goals.Personally, I went from sending out job application after job application (with zero responses) to a job offer from a fantastic organization that I am so excited to learn and grow with. I cannot express how helpful Lisa was in my career journey. I knew I wanted to change but didn’t know what direction that change should be. She has an awesome program that not only holds you accountable to working towards your career goals and aspirations but also helps you delve into your wants and strengths to find what’s best for you.
