Many things have changed during my time spent working with Dana. The biggest being greater self love and acceptance. I always thought I had a fair amount of self respect, but when working with Dana I was really able to see all the negative/limiting beliefs I kept placing on myself. Dana's approach has been much different then when I've worked with counselors in the past. She asked me what was and wasn't effective in past counseling sessions. This allowed me to feel comfortable in expressing my needs. I was hoping to work with someone who was engaging, and gave honest feedback during our talks. Dana did just that, and it made SUCH a difference in our time together. She's mastered how to be both personable and professional with her clients. After a few months of working with Dana, I started to experience some major shifts. Subconsciously I think I walked in her doors just hoping for a slim body and a less chaotic life. But after a few months of sessions with her I got something even better: self love and acceptance. She helped me listen to my inner needs that have been screaming to get my attention for a while now and helped me to process them. Instead of simply losing weight, I learned how to honor and listen to my needs.. And it's been wonderful. I can't recommend Dana enough.

Dana is my counselor, which feels like a job she is meant to do. Although I know she has studied and worked hard to become a counselor, she's intuitively good at it, and makes me feel like all my vulnerabilities are in capable, caring hands. I have been working with her less than six months, but I'm comfortable with her and I've noticed my particular difficulties shifting for the better. She challenges me without being pushy or judgmental, ever. She's smart, but also humble, a lovely and rare combination.

Dana is one of those rare gems of a therapist; she has her heart fully engaged and has the amazing insight and intuition to be able to help you where you need it most. I've referred at least 5 clients to her-my closest and dearest family and friends- and had incredible feedback. She is very loved! Her intelligence shows in her gentle, caring therapeutic processes. She walks her talk; again I find this to be very rare. I trust her completely and feel 100% at ease sharing anything. She has great empathy and is extremely supportive. I highly recommend her for any situation. You will not be disappointed.

Dana is a blessing in my life. I have searched for her for a long time. I have tried many different therapists and never felt that they could quite grasp me or keep up with my ever changing thoughts, it is not easy but Dana does it with ease. Every time I finish a session I feel lighter, energized and clear. It is hard to put into words how grateful I am for her support. She is extremely good at what she does and truly cares. She has helped me tremendously.
