- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing for onsite upholstery, everything else depends on estimate. Cleaning- sofa $80, love seat $60, chair $40, no additional costs $10 off for sectionals. Wood, leather, fabric repair is $1.34/min with a 15 minute minimum. Most materials included unless they need to be ordered from manufacturer. In that case it is at cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I clarify the scope of the project and offer an estimate based on the provided scope.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Many years of work experience, schools and CEUs. There are a lot of rules and regulations, not to mention taxes, insurances and fees, that a GC must be current and compliant with.
