Pam is a knowledgeable and experienced voice teacher. When I started studying with her I had had many years experience singing in choirs, but no individual voice instruction, so I had developed a lot of bad habits that needed correction. Pam has been patient and persistent in helping me develop better vocal technique. I started with limited expectations, and she has taken me far beyond my original goal as a soloist. She has put in many extra hours transposing music and recording accompaniments for me. She always starts lessons on time. I've never had to sit and wait. If changes or cancellations need to be made due to illness or weather she is very conscientious about notifying students and making other arrangements. Pam has the ability to teach students of all ages from youth to senior citizens. She can get beginners started on the right path, and can help experienced singers refine their technique. Whether your goal is to sing popular songs, church music, Broadway musicals, or opera, Pam can put you on the road to success.

Pam was our first experience with a voice teacher, beginning when our daughter was about twelve. We were unsure of what to expect, but she was gracious, interested, kind and professional. She catered each lesson to my daughter's interests and abilities, taught her so much, and made the learning fun! We would recommend to anyone!

What types of customers have you worked with?
I help clients express themselves reliably and beautifully. I try to give them the technical vocal ability to have many options for interpreting a song. . .as opposed to merely "getting through it."
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Know that you will need to set aside some daily time for practicing and of course a place where you can comfortably make some not-so-good sounds on your way to making beautiful sounds. I will work with your musical tastes, but I will have my own technical agenda for you as well.
