  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    The majority of my services involves the insurance industry standard estimating program called Xactimate. Xactimate has a database of over 10,000 items. While the level of detail can be overwhelming at first, it is important to adequately document and quantify damages in order to fully recover in an insurance claim.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Take your time and do your homework. Choose a consultant who has great references and has received stellar (and legit) reviews. Make actual phone calls to those in the industry. Don't listen to your adjuster or their "preferred provider" about how things "should go."
