While we ended up not needing their services, I thoroughly appreciated their responsiveness to my inquiry, transparency about anticipated costs, and flexibility on timing. Based on this interaction, we would reach out to them again if the opportunity arises.

My elderly mom and I needed moving help on a day when all "the kids" were out of town and working. Sasha did a great job of lining up iHall's "Kyle²" team, who took on the challenge with good cheer, remarkable truck-packing skills, and the kind of thoughtfulness and care that we enjoy in our own family. Kyle and Kyle literally and figuratively lifted our burdens on a day when we needed just this kind of magic. Heartfelt thanks to you guys!

I booked an appointment for 12PM on Saturday December 9th. At 12 I called them to see where they were and Justin said he didn’t see the booking. They arrived at 6PM. I had asked for 2 people and paid for 2 hours which was $300 plus a $50 booking fee. Justin showed up with 4 people and pressured the sell that with 4 people they could get it done in 2 hours, but another 2 people was another $300. Between hours 1 and 2 it was clear they were shirking and stalling. But it was the evening and moving can be complex with the game of Tetris so I didn’t say anything. The two hour mark rolled around and they weren’t even close so Justin said he would need another hour for another $300. He guaranteed another hour max. I would like to note here that there were two adults, Justin and Sasha, and the other two were minors. So $70 an hour is a bit steep to pay someone that isn’t a M.D(doctor) or J.D(lawyer). But he said one more hour and he would have all the furniture loaded since that’s what was left. I left to get cash for a tip and while I was away for 15 minutes I received multiple texts and a call from Sasha asking for payment. I was not going to pay this time until the job was finished. That’s typically how movers work, you pay the minimum two hours upfront and then settle on the actual time once the job is complete. And this is how most employment works, you are paid in arrears rather than upfront. That ensures the work is completed and completed to the standard. When I got back they were all standing around and not even close to completion and would not have finished in the hour. Justin said either pay another $300 or they were going to quit. I said I’ll pay once the job is done but he refused. I asked them to leave my property. They were slow to leave and I had to demand. Justin said his keys were in my garage with his jacket and then Sasha said the same as they encroached on my personal space. Then one of their kids (two minors) found the jacket and keys in their car. Justin asked me to swing on him(punch him so he could fight me)and threatened me physically and then accused me of being drunk and driving drunk. Now it was Saturday evening at 8PM and I had drank a beer with dinner earlier which is perfectly acceptable and legal. Justin is not a law enforcement officer, he is just a mover over charging people and slacking, so to accuse a customer of something like that was egregious. Finally they drove away. Later on that evening I saw a voicemail from the Bend Police Department. So Justin and Sasha were slacking and on the take yet had the nerve to call the police when I demanded they get off my property because they were not willing to finish the job. So I paid $650 for two hours and the job is not complete. I would not recommend iHall for your next move.

iHall Moving Labor Services's reply
We operate with a two hr minimum. 75hr per head whole hrs. We have a 50 dollar booking fee. We do not go in the whole because of people like Steven Hail. We do not dispatch until we have made contact and collected after explaining our procedures. This customer ordered from bend I called within 10 min. We were in Medford at the time. He didn't make contact until noon. We explained that we would be 5 too 6hrs before we arrived. We arrived at 6.08 he paid for 2 people 2hrs. We looked at wrk and told him that 2 people would be 5 too 6hrs. We explained that if he wanted he could have 4 people wich doubles the price per hr but drops hrs down to about 3 worate case. We charge whole hrs up front. We explained that the bill would be between 650 and 900 dollars. 12 x 75hr =900 So 4 people x 75hr is 300 per hr at 3 hrs would be 900. We got to end of 2nd hr sent invoice for additional hr too be paid b4 we wrk. So again we charge whole hrs per mover 2hr min. So Steven kept leaving and tried not paying bill even though we were 30 min into our hr. I told him to please pay he got hostile said fuck you leave pushed me my wife and started yelling. I tried explaining that my jacket and keys were sitting in the garage and asked him to grab it for me. He was drunk threatening to fight me after pushing my wife and stealing from us. He ran up on me and threatened to hit me. I closed my eyes and said go ahead. I just need my keys to leave with my car. It's snowing. WE were barely on his property standing at my car he ran up on me threatening me. At that time my keys and jacket were found in car thanks to another mover putting them there. We immediately left. I know time are tuff but we haven't changed our prices since 2018. This was a 26ft Truck we have a moving chart that even clearly shows our prices. We hire as young as 17 but we strictly train. We did not milk the clock Steven is just not good with communication and has control issues. Out of no where told us to leave and pushed a woman for no reason. Then tried fighting me. We work for you guys at your hardest times so we understand the frustration. But we will not be treated like this so we called the cops. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER US IF YOU THINK YOU PICK THE PRICES AND TELL US HOW TO OPPERATE. OR WANT TO GET PHYSICAL WITH OUR WORKERS OR ME. KEEP IN MIND OUR PRICES AND PROCEDURES ARE PUBLIC YOU CAN ALWAYS HIRE SOMEONELSE. Have a safe trip from Bend to LA. Steven. Hopefully all goes better for you and your properties in Bend. Sorry you didn't understand the prices and the moving chart that shows what to budget 4. I will try harder. But you sr. You owe Sasha an apology. What you did was degrading we are people. We work 💪 hard after your job we went to kfalls unloaded a 26ft Truck in 1hr that customer understood the 2hr min at 4. Resulting in 650 for 1hr. He also left a 5star on the nation's biggest moving resource. Which you can check out via uhual. It also shows how every company operates like us and in your area they charge more. Again this was a sameday order we dispatched and arrived within 5hrs of contact. First Pic is of companies in bend and there hourly rates for 2 movers again 2 movers 2 hrs. They want 450hr sameday for 2. We did 4 at 300. Second Pic is a chart that I made to help you budget cost of moving please note 26ft load budget. We do not work slow I promise. That's just Steven being a hateful lying person.

We had just driven four hours and were exhausted. It was a long day to move. The staff from ihaul moving was so helpful and comforting in a stressful time. They are very personable and did excellent work when we were done for the night they wanted to keep working. would definitely hire again and recommend them to friends and family.

Even though we were not in his service area and will be unable to work with him; I wanted to write this review on the responsiveness of the owner to my inquiry. Within minutes of my request we were on the phone with each other talking thru my needs. He thoroughly explained his service availability and made suggestions that could assist in my area. He was attentive, proactive and kind. If you have the chance to work with this company you can be assured they will keep you "in the loop" every step of the way.
