- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Make contact via Phone or Email, If customer knows what parts they need then I will order parts and then setup a day/time for me to come to them and repair their computer
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in the Computer repair field for 25 years, I have 30 Dell Certifications, and I have 1 MCSE Certification. I am also A+ Certified
