- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. These details can be found on my website as well. 1 one-hour training session per week is $220 per month 2 one-hour training sessions per week is $300 per month 3 one-hour training sessions per week is $400 per month Each additional day per week adds $100 per month.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Normally we begin with a consultation so I can learn as much about a new client's past attempts in fitness, any injury or surgery history, diet and goals. Then we perform a movement screening as well as a fitness test and do a body composition assessment. Once those two main processes are complete, I will have the information needed to help build a personalized program for the new client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I am required to get recertified every two years. We are asked to do a variety of objectives from online testing and learning, to in-person skill building, to fitness-centered community work.
