I was very impressed by Santiago. My project was small, just an installation of a dog door in a wall of my newly constructed home but he treated it with as much care as a larger project. We discussed the best location and even measured the shoulder height of my dog to make sure it was at just the right height. Santiago used drop cloths and vacuumed when completed leaving the room cleaner than prior to the install. His communication was clear and concise. His demeanor and personality were professional and courteous. I will be using and recommending Santiago for all my projects.

Santiago did a fantastic job. He and his partners were communicative, on time, professional, and performed thorough, high-quality repairs to my house' soffit, facia, and trim. He was flexible, too, putting in an extra day because the damage was significant. Will definitely use him again. In fact, he'll be back in a couple of days to install drywall!

I currently offer fixed hourly rates for handyman services (smaller jobs), this does not include cost of material needed. Eventually when I’m licensed I plan on offering bids/quotes for bigger projects.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
By chance and luck. I was unemployed and I happen to meet my boss of 4 years at the post office where we ended up talking & he offered me a job. The rest is history
