Todd gave me an great deal on having my roof cleaned up from all the mold. He saw that there were several tile broken and was willing and very capable in fixing them. He went out of his way to find extra tiles to do the job. He power washed the deck, steps, house, and driveway. all was done with outstanding excellence. he fixed things that were amiss along the way without any thought of extra for him. he is extremely reliable, courteous, conscientious, goes way out of the way to help get the best job done for his customer. in addition to that, he is very nice and kind :) i highly recommend him. he is capable of many other home improvements, and i plan to call him in the future :)

Great communication from start to finish. Easy to work with from a payment standpoint even though I was out of state and dealing with a rental from a distance. Finally, I was impressed with how thorough Todd was -- the job was pretty specific but he noticed a few other issues and dealt with them as well.

Nice guy, was willing to drive around to get a better price on parts, did a good job fixing the shower valve and was willing to a few other small jobs at no additional cost. Would recommend him to others and would trust him with further work at my home.

Todd tried to find the source of roof leak and came back a couple of times. Roof is still leaking.

Yes
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Mine process is to meet them. I always ask if i can meet them at there home. We as contractors don't second guess your measurements we just need to check because of the material to order. The less running around we do the faster your job gets done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started working at 7 picking up nails at my friends dads house that he was building. It was right down the street. We went everyday after school and I never stopped.
