Sanded, stained and finished out old worn out wood floors. Job took about 1 week from start to finish. Bill was on time and prompt with answering our questions. Our wood floors look amazing now. I would recommend WHF to my friends. I can't think of anything that would have made our experience better.

I recently had my hardwood floors refinished by Willamette Hardwood Floors. Bill and his crew including Richard and Robert performed their work in a professional manner. My floors turned out great. There were no scheduling issues and everything was as promised!!!! The quality of work is outstanding - Excellent. I would highly recommend them.

Having had experiences as a General Contrator as well as a home owner with prior installations of hardwood floors, i would have to rate Bill's crew at Willamette Hardwoods as truly exceptional. They were on time, knowledgeable, did great work - from install to finish. They were able to lace-in to the existing oak floor and add a great room area by refinishing to entire floor to a rich dark walnut color. - Mike H

We have a house built in the 50's and the wood floors had never been refinished so the were looking pretty worn. Bill came out and gave us an estimate that was very reasonable. We made a few changes and asked him to give us a new estimate, which he did. We weren't in a big hurry so his crew came out about three weeks later and started the floor. They did a great job. They showed up on time, worked quickly and were very professional. It took three days and the floors turned out beautiful. Everyone has commented on how nice they look. We couldn't be happier and would highly recommend Willamette Hardwood Floors.

We specialize in all aspects of wood flooring installation, and refinishing of old and new wood floors. Refinishing wood floors has been one of our most requested jobs. However we also do installation of new wood floors, as well as prefinished and laminate wood floors
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do your home work and ask a lot of questions and check other customers feedback. The lowest bid is not always the best. There is no short cuts to doing a good job and experience along with well maintained floor equipment makes a huge difference in the final product. Every floor is different and you should hire someone who is a craftsman at his or her trade, not a "jack of all trades". There is not substitute for experience.
