About this pro

Manny is the best guitar player and teacher I have ever met. Real demanding teacher. He expects you to do your best.Sep 28, 2015
I studied with Manny for about 4 years starting when I was 15. I'd already played guitar for about 3 years at that point and there were some significant gaps in my playing. Manny helped me become a more well-rounded player by teaching me about music theory, introducing me to the world of jazz, giving me tools to develop my chops and ear and being a positive voice of reason. With Manny's help I prepared an audition piece and was accepted into Berklee College of Music in 2011. Without Manny I wouldn't be the player I am today :)Sep 15, 2015
Manny is s refreshingly clear and talented music teacher. He can teach the basics all the way to the most advanced jazz theory- and then can back it all up with some amazing chops. He's a Berklee School of Music graduate, and it shows:)Sep 8, 2015
I was given a gift certificate by my girlfriend for guitar lessons with Manny, and after 5 lessons I was able to play (and sing) a particular song that I wanted to learn so that I could serenade my girlfriend, and then propose to her. Thanks to Manny's style of teaching and his awareness of my learning style, it was a wonderful experience! Also, Manny is truly an amazing guitarist, and has the depth of experience to advance beginning guitarists, as well as those of you who are much further along than that. I am continuing with my lessons, and I HIGHLY recommend Manny to anyone looking to learn the guitar!Sep 7, 2015
