FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have various packages depending on the type of photography the client is looking for. Seniors and newborns vary greatly from weddings and families so each different type of shoot has different pricing. Generally, I am very flexible and able to meet the needs of most client requests!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I receive an inquiry via phone or email where I learn the basics of the job or event. I ask lots of questions and give clients a lot of information about myself, my brand, and my services to ensure that we are a good match.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background is in fine art and journalism but I have taken individual classes in film, darkroom, attended newborn workshops, editing software workshops and more. Keeping my skill set fresh and current is a top priority! My college degree is in Business Management, and I spent 12 years as a supervisor in the semiconductor industry so on several levels I have experience in all the hats I am required to wear for my Photography studio: Communication, people skills, time management, organization, and ability to direct and speak to large groups.
