Due to a lack of communication, I did not have Santiam Tree Service do any work for me.

It is important for for me and the customer to meet and take a look at the tree together. It is unfortunate that we weren't able to do so.

Thank you to Santiam Tree Service for giving me my yard back! I needed the tree cut down and the branches taken away before next weekend. Hank made sure to fit me into his schedule and did a wonderful job. He is coming back to trim up my other trees.

We had a huge pin oak that was splitting 3 ways at the trunk. Very nervous of it breaking and landing on neighbors home. The crack had been getting worse fast over the last few weeks. He looked at it and felt the same urgency we felt. He gave me a written quote, put together a crew and showed up at the agreed time. They all worked hard, were very respectful, and cleaned up the mess! I will use again for another tree for maintenance. Hank is sincere & honest.

remove bushes from back yard . Bushes were removed and stumps ground extremely fast . Yard was cleaned and looked great afterward . Very pleased with job .

Hank and crew did a fantastic job on my trees. The house looks so much better.
He was super easy to work with, punctual, and courteous.
