Rachel was great! She was super quick to respond and was quick to get me quotes on additional work. She installed some flooring for me as well a new trim and did a great job!Jul 22, 2019Verified
Erika is so nice to work with! She truly knows her stuff, and I trust her in my home. I do feel she is a bit scattered as she handles everything on her own. I think punctuality could be a little better and remembering the list of things I needed her to fix. However, I am going to hire her again for my next project!Nov 14, 2019Verified
She made sure everything was done right (hooking up appliances, electrical work, countertop work, etc.); she even threw in some last minute fixes of other things around the house that we were hoping to have addressed. I feel confident in her abilities and will most definitely request her skills again! She also happens to be great company and much more intelligent than most people.Nov 13, 2019Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? My pricing includes standard construction consumables (spackle, nails, staples, glue, caulk etc...) it also includes supplies for all cleaning ventures. I carry a wide variety of both consumer grade cleaners and professional grade for any type of surface or need. If specialized cleaners are necessary I will be happy to reasonably accomodate .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? If it is a single job I prefer to spend 15 to 20 minutes before I begin working to walk the job site, ask questions and ensure we are on the same page so that the job goes successfully. If it is a recurring job, I prefer to meet with the client 1 to 2 days before (at their convenience) to walk the job site, make sure I can meet their timeframe and needs and to gather any additional information that may need attention before the scheduled shift (specific cleaners/hardware/protective items etc. ..).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a degree in Manufacturing Engineering as well as 3 years of 3D modeling and printing. As a Manuf. Engineer I developed manufacturing processes, implemented them and sustained them through Lean Manuf./Six Sigma/Toyota Kata practices. This knowledge and training help me to be thoughtful about what is needed for your job, efficient at performing it and resourceful so that I may help to find simpler and more cost effective solutions. I am also a lifelong tinkerer, maker and fixer. I love working on cars, remodeling bathrooms, building 3D printers and circuitry. I have been refinishing furniture and doing upholstery/mending since I was a child and any chance I had to swing a hammer with my dad I took it. I don't watch television or have internet hobbies, I spend my free time creating , learning and growing.
