I am currently working with Daniel and Tirzah in personal training, group classes and nutritional support to lose a significant amount of weight. I am just over one month into an 11 month process. I have felt so supported and encouraged during the process so far. Daniel and Tirzah offer a variety of exercise classes and support for any body type, any level of exercise experience. Their gym has a wide variety of equiptment and Daniel and Tirzah offer support in understanding the equipment their gym provides. I would highly recommend anyone looking for support in a weight loss/return to health program seek Daniel and Tirzah for support. The classes offered and 24hr gym access allows for any person to fit exercise into their schedule.
