Needed to wire up an existing/installed audio system in our home to a receiver and connect all the speakers. Contacted Tim and he was prompt in returning the call. He guided us well in making the right choice for the audio receiver and was very patient with all my questions. Provided a detailed estimate of his work before hand to avoid any last minute surprises. On the day of the job he arrived bang on time and did a great job in connecting the entire system with the given constraints. Would definitely recommend him!

Tim, is one hell of a guy. Not just for the quality of work he does but you can tell when dealing with in in person, on the phone, skype or any which way you are getting a true professional. Tim helped me over a year ago with some upgrades to my custom built Home Computer. Now over a year later I had more issues. I had someone else do some work on my computer but I reverted back to Tim for guidance and help. Tim you are my guy from here on out. Just too bad you are not with-in a short driving distance any more for me. But I know you will be there if and when I need you in the future and that means something. Thank you for all your time and help.

Tim did an excellent job fixing my computer which was freezing up every time I used it. He was professional, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. He went above and beyond when ridding my computer of viruses and unnecessary programs. I swear it runs faster now than when I purchased it brand new in 2009! What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am required to conduct official continuing learning tasks in order to maintain my Security+ CE certification. Additionally, as my career field is constantly changing with new software, gear and technology emerging rapidly, I subscribe to many technical learning programs, industry publications and magazines to supplement my knowledge and help reinforce my skill set.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I take a lot of jobs from songwriters and bands who are looking to fully produce their music, from recording their initial ideas to finalizing a polished, radio-ready tune. My most common technical appointments are for PC repairs, virus removal, and remote technical support or software tutorials. I also do a lot of custom "hot-rod" PC builds, especially systems used for music production.
