Edward is an outstanding professional. Shows up when he says he will, highly knowledgeable, does exactly what he says he'll do, completely transparent about pricing, and provides invoices and receipts (I've learned that's not a given with others).
I received a few bids for my shower /tub install but I just trusted Edward would see the job through the best with very little stress on me. And that's exactly what happened! He is so calm, and smooth in his work. I was expecting problems, because that's been my experience in remodeling my house, but Edward's ability to handle it all cohesively and with integrity is truly a gift for anyone

I have spent the last two years renovating my house with an eye for detail. I purchased high-end shower fixture and wanted someone with a little more skill to install them. That was not Marc. He did an extremely poor quality job, did not deliver what I asked for, didn’t even really finish the job. He ruined expensive materials, and cut things without measuring, so I wasn’t able to use other, leavening my project looking terrible and unfinished. He broke things and tried to hide it, and blatantly lied to me. He wasn’t careful and damaged the finish on my fixtures. When I asked him to do things properly and tried to walk through it with him he became belligerent and left without finishing. On top of all that he charged me for an hour longer than he was there; I didn’t call him out on it because I simply wanted him out of my house. I am furious.
